We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced person to become the Housekeeping Manager at our award-winning Hampton Inn & Suites in Hemet, CA. As the Department Head, you will help maintain the hotel up to Hilton standards and ensure guest satisfaction by supervising the Housekeeping team and the property.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Establish operating procedures for the Housekeeping department.

* Motivate and train staff on housekeeping operation procedures.

* Coordinate with Guest Services and Maintenance Department to meet health regulations and safety standards of the hotel.

* Plan housekeeping staff schedules and order department supplies.

* Train staff as necessary to maintain Hilton Service standards.

* Records: To maintain a thorough log of each day’s activities and problems that occur and to ensure this information is passed on to other departments.

* Create work orders.

* Assist guests as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): or Work Equivalent
• Housekeeping and supervisory experience required
• Industry experience and Hilton ONQ familiarity a plus
• Must be organized and detailed

• Flexibility in schedule availability as required due to business conditions
